Our beef tendon stew uses aged Tajima beef that we buy directly from a butcher! Meat that has been raised for a long period of time has a lot of lean meat and a strong flavor. It has a mild flavor that is easy to eat even for those who don't like it! You can choose from two types: miso and soy sauce, so be sure to order when you visit our store!
